Products shipped from VIKING Life-Saving Equipment in Denmark are in a protected package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, UPS will leave a UPS InfoNotice and you can pick up the package at the nearest UPS Service Center stated on the InfoNotice. Right of cancellation
All purchases made on the webshop at VIKING-Fire.com are returnable within 14 days of delivery. If the deadline expires on a weekend or on a public holiday, the deadline moves to the next business day. You must contact VIKING-Fire.com, in writing, to notify the webshop that you want to cancel your purchase. The purchaser then has 14 days to return the product to the webshop. It takes approximately 30 days for the cancellation process to be completed. Returned purchases are sent here:

How to return an order
To return your order, you need to fill out the return receipt that arrives with your order. VIKING-Fire.com always sends a pre-paid UPS label with your package, so that you can return your order free of charge with this label, if necessary. Place the UPS label on the package and drop of the package at the nearest UPS service station.
Condition of Returned Products
The purchaser should try the product before deciding whether to keep or return it. You, therefore, have the option to cancel the purchase after you have tested the product. Products should be tested in a manner that you can determine the nature, characteristics, and the way it operates without damaging the integrity of the product. If the purchaser tests the product in a way that causes damage to the product; then the purchaser is liable for any accrued damage. All purchases made on the webshop at VIKING-Fire.com are returnable within 14 days of delivery. You must contact VIKING-Fire.com, in writing, to notify the webshop that you want to return your purchase. The purchaser then has 14 days to return the product to the webshop. It takes approximately 30 days for the cancellation process to be completed. Your refund will post within 14 days after you have returned the goods. Your refund will be in the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase. The webshop cannot return payment until the product is in VIKING’s possession, unless you can prove that you have returned the products to a pre-approved location.
If the product you purchased at VIKING-Fire.com’s webshop is damaged or missing components, feel free to contact VIKING as soon as possible. The complaint must be filed no later than two months after the error or defect is discovered upon delivery. The webshop will respond to complaints, determine the cause of the defect, and the proper procedure to resolve the complaint.
There is a 2-year warranty on all products purchased at VIKING-Fire.com’s webshop.

When you shop at VIKING-Fire.com’s webshop; you must provide your name, address, email address and phone number. After the purchase, we save this data, along with your purchase, for the next five financial years; see Bogføringsloven paragraf 10. VIKING will delete your information from system following this period. VIKING does not disclose your personal information to third parties.
