Servicing requirements for maritime life-saving equipment vary according to the various industry and international regulations as and where applicable. Most commercial vessels and installations are subject to governing body regulations that stipulate regular servicing of life-saving equipment.

We take the hassle out of servicing safety equipment
VIKING offers global servicing of all safety equipment on board from one point of contact. We can also take the hassle out of servicing by keeping track of a customer's or a vessel's servicing requirements and renewal dates, arranging for servicing at the vessel's most convenient port of call.

Even where servicing is not a requirement, VIKING recommends that all maritime life-saving equipment and personal protective equipment is regularly serviced by a certified servicing station.

Mass evacuation and embarkation systems
Evacuation and embarkation systems must be serviced annually. VIKING have training facilities for passenger vessels and for offshore installations at customer convenient locations. All systems are thoroughly and comprehensively tested for total quality assurance.

Liferafts

Liferafts on commercial vessels must be serviced annually. VIKING has a global network of approved servicing stations, which stock spare parts to ensure that you can receive fast, convenient servicing at a servicing station that suits you.
